Cacao Paste –

We process small quantities of Cacao beans into a paste to keep the freshness, always keeping in mind the temperature to be on the right spot so not to loose any of the important nutrients that contains such as antioxidants and enzymes. High-heat processing can destroy up to 90% of the antioxidants present in the raw product.

This form is being used in Ceremonial Cacao recipes as well to melt it and make delicious drinking chocolate by gradually adding water.
