This Christmas, I invite you to join me for a special chocolate workshop, a sweet collaboration between From Bean to Chocolate and Ananke Home. Together, we’ll step into a hands-on journey where cacao reveals its story—from bean to chocolate, from plant to medicine.

My name is Irene, and I’ll be your host for this 2-hour experience. I’ll share my knowledge, my personal journey with cacao, and guide you through the process of transforming this beautiful plant into chocolate. Along the way, you’ll learn how cacao can be used in your own home—and you’ll taste and create your own chocolate too.

This is an invitation to get your hands dirty with chocolate while opening your heart to connection: with yourself, with the plant, and with the people around you.
Cacao is not just a plant. It is sacred and powerful. When approached with respect, awareness, and intention, it can become a gentle yet strong ally for creativity, presence, and healing.

You’ll find me in the cozy kitchen of Ananke Home, in Agious Omologites, Nicosia, on Monday, 29th of December, from 17:00 to 19:00.
